Leads up to 8 Immigration Advisors (morning shift)
About the Role
Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing immigration sales team. Own revenue targets for the morning shift, ensure compliant guidance (Australia/Canada/Europe), and keep the pipeline moving.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching:
Daily huddles, weekly coaching, targets, and performance plans.
Sales Management:
Lead assignment, follow-ups, conversion, KPI tracking, accurate CRM hygiene.
Weekly forecasts, cross-team handovers, feedback to improve lead quality.
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years in immigration sales (AU/CA/EU) with
1+ year supervising
preferred.
Strong English; other languages a plus.
Proven target achievement; excellent service mindset.
CRM proficiency (e.g., Zoho/HubSpot) and habit of staying current on immigration rules.
Freshers are welcome for Junior Immigration Advisor roles (training provided).
The Sales Supervisor role prioritizes applicants with leadership experience.

Basic Salary:

Commission:
10-15% per sale
plus performance incentives (individual & team-based).
