Customer Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, food outlets, and distributors. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally. Identify new sales opportunities and route expansions.Inventory & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of daily sales, returns, and collections. Monitor stock levels in the van and report any shortages or excess. Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the sales office.Compliance & Maintenance
Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with hygiene and transportation standards. Follow all company SOPs, safety guidelines, and local food safety regulations.important
