Job Description
Coordinating with the vendors for the designs and quote whenever there is a new shop taken.
Shortlisting the designing company, and coordinating for the fitout works by providing all the required documents and acting as the point of contact between the shop owner and the fitout team and checking the work status and upon completion and handover of the shop.
Coordinating with the warehouse team to transfer the inventory at new location and assist the sales team in merchandising.
Carrying out the required maintenance work for all the shops.
Coordinating with the shop Incharge and arranging the required stock at all shops.
Processed ESMA certificates for the products and also CITES for import etc.
Registering new products under ESMA and keeping track of the esma certificate expiry date for renewal.
Coordinating and arranging deliveries for outdoor customers.
Coordinating with the local vendors for placing the order for materials like bakhoor, muattar, loose oil, bottles, etc
Handling Shop Team Members.
