We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee and manage our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large Key Account (KA) clients, demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage a team of 3-5 individuals, and preferably possess experience in the mobile accessories industry. The Sales Supervisor will play a critical role in driving sales performance, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the team achieves its targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 3-5 members to achieve assigned sales goals.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, and provide training.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and support as needed.
Client Management:
Manage and build strong relationships with large Key Account (KA) clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for KA clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Develop and execute account strategies to maximize sales opportunities with KA clients.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the mobile accessories industry.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align team activities with overall business goals.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, including performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, especially in the mobile accessories market.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on market insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales, with a focus on Key Account management.
Experience managing and leading a team of 3-5 individuals.
Industry experience in mobile accessories or related sectors is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
