Sales Supervisor
Job Description
To promote excellent customer care and train your sales members accordingly.
To ensure applying the company plans with deadlines respect.
Close monitoring and managing company's product in the market make sure of expiry dates, movement off-take, product rotation, FIFO, damages, delivery returns and report at time with action as per company's policy.
To produce a regular monthly report on the performance of your team as individuals and with respect to your sales targets for the Senior Management.
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience: FMCG grocery products sales supervisor: 3 to 4years (Required) Language: English (Required) License/Certification: UAE Driving license (Required)
