Job Summary:
We are looking for a result driven FMCG Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our sales team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales within the Qatari market, strong leadership capabilities, and a thorough understanding of Key Accounts, Retail, and wholesale distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, motivate, and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and implement effective distribution strategies to increase product reach and market share.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales tactics.
Establish and maintain relationships with key retail, wholesale, and modern trade accounts.
Ensure proper execution of merchandising and promotional plans in coordination with the higher management.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales teams to avoid Out of Stocks in market.
Monitor Sales on daily basis and ensure targets are achieved.
Train and monitor Van Salesman & Sales Executive to improve performance and maintain product distribution in the market
Ensure the entire team compliance with company policies
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales in Qatar (Preferably Tobacco Products).
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Qatar's retail and distribution landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead a team and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with sales software and mobile sales applications
Valid Qatar driving license.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
