We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at a leading Food distribution and Import company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily sales activities and assign tasks to the team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor with the customer performance to achieve optimal results.
Prepare regular sales reports and analyze performance data.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and handle any complaints or inquiries.
Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in theFood distribution.
Very important
You must have a real database of clients in the same field and strong relationships.
Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience.
Excellent communication skills in English is a required.
Ability to work under pressure and travel between branches if needed.
Familiarity with modern sales techniques and CRM systems.
