We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Supervisor/Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations across sales channels. This role involves overseeing sales activities, managing relationships with key clients, and coordinating with various departments to meet our targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets, including opening new accounts and customer visits. Attend meetings with key clients to build strong relationships. Manage the wholesale channel and maintain effective communication with chain outlets and customers. Check and ensure inventory levels are accurate, aligned with set goals. Monitor sales reports, results, and drive the team towards their objectives. Collaborate with the operation, warehouse, and management teams for smooth coordination. Assist in setting monthly targets for sales, accounts, and customer visits. Maintain excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, presentations, and analysis. Support daily administrative and sales coordination tasks.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales support, supervision, or coordination roles. Good understanding of sales processes and client relationship management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented.
