Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and distributors
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve client issues promptly
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of UAE experience
in sales of
electrical items/materials
Strong knowledge of electrical products, fittings, cables, switches, and lighting
Proven ability to manage sales teams and deliver results
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
