Sales Supervisor

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the bakery products, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a competitive and dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
2. Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales, distribution and merchandising team. Provide clear guidance, set performance metrics, and conduct regular performance reviews. Motivate the team to exceed sales, distribution, and merchandising targets and maintain a positive work environment.
3. Market Development:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
4. Sales Operations:
Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to company policies and UAE regulations. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
