We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Route Supervisor
to oversee our delivery operations. The role requires following delivery vehicles, visiting customers daily, and ensuring accurate verification of:Customer credit amounts (cross-checking directly with customers and reconciling with office records) Bottles and dispensers issued/returned
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery operations, accurate records, and strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Follow delivery vehicles and monitor assigned customer routes Verify customer credit amounts and reconcile with office data Check bottles and dispensers with customers and ensure records match Report discrepancies to the office immediately Ensure smooth coordination between customers, drivers, and office team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (any field) Valid UAE driving license Proficiency in
Hindi
(required) Basic knowledge ofArabic
(advantage) Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle field work and visit multiple customers dailyBenefits:
