Sales Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service within our mall outlet. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background, leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, stock control, and visual merchandising.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer queries or complaints.

Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Train, coach, and develop sales associates on product knowledge and selling techniques.

Coordinate with the mall management for promotions, events, and compliance with mall policies.

Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 2-4 years' retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Knowledge of retail operations, stock management, and merchandising.

Flexible to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
