Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Staff member with at least 2 years of experience in selling Turkish ice cream. This role requires a passion for customer service and the ability to effectively promote our unique ice cream offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring a great customer experience, and representing our brand with professionalism in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement & Sales:
Provide exceptional customer service and promote Turkish ice cream products.
Assist customers by explaining flavors, ingredients, and the history behind Turkish ice-cream.
Upsell and suggest complementary products to increase sales.
2. Store Presentation:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display and serving area.
Ensure ice cream is displayed attractively and that stock levels are adequate.
3. Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Report sales progress and customer feedback to the manager.
4. Customer Satisfaction:
Address customer concerns or complaints in a friendly and timely manner.
Ensure customers leave with a positive experience.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the food or beverage sector.
Passion for Turkish ice cream and a good understanding of its unique qualities.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Professional appearance and friendly, outgoing personality.
Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
