Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their product selections, providing exceptional service
Maintain a high standard of store presentation and merchandising
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
Stay knowledgeable about our products and promotions to advise customers
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and a team player
Motivated to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's success
Compensation:
Basic Salary:
AED 500 TO 2000 per month
Commission:
2% on sales, with the opportunity to earn up to 15% for higher sales targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
