Job Description
A dynamic and growing sports-and-fitness organisation based in Dubai is looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist. "Since 2012 we have been inspiring and training individuals through endurance sports, offering swimming, running, cycling, triathlon and fitness programmes for adults, kids and corporates. We believe in changing lives for the better through sport."
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of membership packages, fitness and sports programmes to individual and corporate clients- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, consultations, closing and follow-up- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (KPI)- Provide excellent client experience and maintain strong relationships with prospects and members- Collaborate with the operations and coaching teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations- Report on sales activity and performance metrics regularly
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of fitness services, memberships or wellness programmes
- Fluent English- Strong persuasive communication skills with high client-service orientation- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales targets- Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate well with a team- Preferably familiarity with the local Dubai market and international clientele

9:30-18:30-
AED 5000 per month + KPI bonus-
