We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join the Food Services team on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences.

Your mission: You will be responsible for driving the strategic acquisition efforts of our Cloud Kitchens. play a key role in expanding our partnership network and securing key vendors for our cloud kitchens. using your expertise in market analysis, negotiation, will have a significant impact on the growth and success of our organization

Your heroic Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive acquisition strategy targeting high-profile food chains and popular restaurant brands. Identify market trends, evaluate competition, and formulate strategies to secure partnerships with industry-leading players. Conduct extensive research in collaboration with Hungerstation and due diligence to identify potential acquisition targets among key food chains. Evaluate their market position, growth potential, and compatibility with our brand to ensure strategic alignment. Lead negotiations with prospective food chains, leveraging your expertise in deal structuring, financial analysis, and contract negotiations. Craft mutually beneficial agreements that align with our growth objectives and provide value to both parties. Establish and cultivate strong relationships with food chain executives and decision-makers. Leverage your network and industry knowledge to foster partnerships and navigate complex negotiations successfully. Monitor and analyze the performance of acquired food chains, tracking key metrics such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Your heroic skills: Proven track record of successful Partnerships and deal-making, preferably in the food industry or related sectors. Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to structure and close complex deals. In-depth knowledge of the food industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer preferences. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders. Strategic thinking and analytical mindset, with the ability to assess market opportunities and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 1 years as a Sales Specialist.
