Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through emailing, networking, and generating qualified leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct product/service presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM software.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as required.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, product improvements, and market conditions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Preferred Experience:
2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
