About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Flash on the ground -- meeting merchants, explaining our solution, and ensuring they start transacting successfully.


Your mission is to acquire, activate, and retain small merchants (cafes, restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, and retailers) while providing them with a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition

Identify and approach potential merchants in your assigned area. Present Flash's solution clearly and persuasively to business owners. Complete merchant onboarding forms accurately and efficiently.

Activation & Retention

Train merchants on how to use the Flash app and payment features. Follow up regularly to ensure transaction activity and satisfaction. Build strong, trust-based relationships with merchants.

Execution & Reporting

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition and activation targets. Report field performance and feedback to your Team Leader. Participate in team meetings, sharing insights from the field
.

Market Insights

Gather merchant and competitor insights to help refine sales strategies. Support marketing campaigns and local activations when needed.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in fintech, FMCG, telecom, or payments. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven personality. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily KPIs. Familiarity with small businesses and local markets in your region. Basic tech proficiency (smartphone apps, reporting tools, etc.).
