We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Sales Specialist to join our livestock team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling live sheep and developing new sales channels through active communication with auctions, restaurants, companies, and wholesale buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell live sheep to existing and new clients.
Build strong relationships with auctions, restaurants, catering companies, and bulk buyers.
Develop new sales opportunities and open new markets.
Prepare quotations and negotiate deals professionally.
Maintain daily presence and operations at the farm in Al Ain.
Coordinate with the farm team to ensure animal availability and client requirements.
Follow up on payments, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales (livestock sales is an advantage).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build connections with local markets and new clients.
Must be willing to work full-time on-site at the farm in Al Ain.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
