Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including brands, agencies, and businesses looking for digital media solutions.
  • Develop customized media sales strategies that align with client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle xe2x80x94 from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and industry trends.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and strategic outreach.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and strategic media recommendations.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.
  • Provide after-sales support and troubleshoot issues related to digital media campaigns.
Revenue & Target Achievement:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Track and report revenue performance, pipeline progress, and market trends.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and media packages with potential clients.
  • Work closely with finance and management to optimize revenue streams.
Media Strategy & Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging digital media campaigns.
  • Offer strategic insights to clients on ad placement, audience targeting, and digital engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital trends, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies in media advertising.
Reporting & Market Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client engagements, and deal closures in CRM systems.
  • Provide periodic reports on market insights, competitor strategies, and business growth recommendations.
  • Suggest improvements in sales approaches based on data-driven insights.
Technical & Sales Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital media, advertising, and marketing solutions.
  • Experience working with media sales platforms, programmatic advertising, and social media marketing tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to interpret market data and make strategic business recommendations.
