Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries via phone and social media platforms.
Identify and approach potential clients (hotels, hospitals, gyms, airports, car showrooms, malls, etc.) and schedule meetings.
Follow up with new clients from the point of sale through delivery, ensuring satisfaction and correct product usage.
Re-engage existing and inactive clients through continuous communication and tailored offers.
Manage and update all customer interactions using
CRM (Odoo)
.
Support and manage
B2B clients
, including field visits when required.
Coordinate with the marketing team on content, advertising, and promotional activities.
Participate in events and exhibitions when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service within the UAE (preferred).
Full proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written (mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to professionally source and contact potential clients via LinkedIn.
Organized, committed, and target-driven personality.
