Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and professional

Sales Specialist

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong personality, and a passion for fitness. She will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving membership sales, and ensuring a positive experience for every client who walks into our academy.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and class programs (Muay Thai, Fitness, Kids Classes, etc.) Handle walk-in inquiries and conduct gym tours Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email Maintain strong knowledge of all services, pricing, and promotions Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention Assist with bookings, scheduling, and customer support Work closely with management to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills Presentable, confident, and proactive Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Basic computer and social media knowledge is an advantage Positive attitude and strong work ethic
