Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience in B2B sales, specifically in HRMS, payroll software, or other related software solutions.
Proven experience in SaaS or cloud-based software sales.
Strong understanding of HRMS/Payroll processes and how software solutions address business needs in these areas.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections with confidence.
Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and sales pipeline management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in HRMS, software, or technology solutions.
Strong understanding of HR processes and the benefits of HRMS.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
