Engage with walk-in and online customers to understand their tech needs.
Promote and sell computer products, accessories, and services.
Generate leads and follow up on potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory updates.
Stay updated on new products, pricing, and technology trends.
Assist with basic store management and product displays.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales or customer service experience is preferred (not mandatory).
Interest or basic knowledge of computers, laptops, or IT services.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Fluent in English
