Job Description

We at D Events - Entertainment Company are looking for a Sales Specialist. This unique role blends the strategic pursuit of sales opportunities with the art of building and maintaining a positive public image. You will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of our exciting entertainment products and services, while simultaneously cultivating strong relationships, managing our brand reputation. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities



As a Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, with responsibilities spanning strategy, execution, and client relations:

Sales Strategy & Planning



Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals across various entertainment offerings, including live events, content licensing, corporate partnerships, venue hire, and merchandise. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to pinpoint new sales opportunities and adapt strategies effectively. Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partners, and distribution channels. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, sponsors, and stakeholders. Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals, with a particular focus on high-value accounts. Understand specific client needs and tailor entertainment solutions to meet their unique requirements. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and generate valuable leads.

Sales Execution & Performance



Actively prospect for new leads and opportunities through diverse channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Conduct in-depth needs analyses with prospective and existing customers to thoroughly understand their challenges and requirements. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and quotations that clearly articulate value. Negotiate terms and successfully close sales agreements, always ensuring profitability and high customer satisfaction. Efficiently manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, utilizing Odoo software. Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Product Expertise & Market Intelligence



Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all company's services, including their features, benefits, competitive advantages, and pricing. Stay continuously informed about entertainment industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings and identify new opportunities. Act as a subject matter expert for customers regarding our services and solutions.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)



Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with existing customers, serving as a trusted advisor. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and dedicated support. Promptly and professionally address all customer inquiries, concerns, and objections. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services across our portfolio.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant sales experience specifically within the entertainment industry, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the entertainment industry and its market dynamics. Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences. High proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential, and proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage. Excellent leadership skills, demonstrated by the ability to drive initiatives and influence positive outcomes. Proven capability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, effectively building and managing a robust sales pipeline. Strong negotiation and closing skills, consistently applying a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with CRM software is required, with specific experience in Odoo highly preferred. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving both independently and as a collaborative team member. Willingness to attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions as required. A valid driver's license is required.
