We work with clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, pharmaceutical and cosmetic brands to build strong, visible, and results-driven digital presences. We're now expanding to the UAE - and we're looking for ambitious Sales Specialists to join our Dubai team.

Your Role

As a Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for reaching out to healthcare businesses across Dubai, introducing our services, and closing impactful deals. You'll mainly promote our Social Media Marketing Packages, while also offering complementary services such as branding, website development, and SEO when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outreach to new businesses per day Identify and approach clinics, physicians, pharmacies, medical centers, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, skincare and healthcare brands Present our services clearly and confidently Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline using our CRM Follow up consistently and close deals effectively Collaborate with internal teams for proposals and strategy input Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

Should hold a medical college degree (Medicine, Dentistry or Pharmacy) Experience in sales (digital marketing or healthcare field is a plus) Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven Based in Dubai with strong knowledge of the healthcare market

Compensation

This is a performance-based role with a

monthly base salary

and

very attractive commission

on closed sales. Top performers are rewarded generously based on results.
