Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Specialist with a strong background in the animal feed industry, specifically horse feed, to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a native Arabic speaker with a passion for sales, client relationship management, and deep knowledge of equine nutrition products.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the horse feed market Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, farms, and distributors Provide expert advice and product knowledge to customers Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor products Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and logistics Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings

Requirements:

Native Arabic speaker (English proficiency is an advantage) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales of animal feed, specifically horse feed Must be based in Dubai Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet sales targets and build a loyal client base Knowledge of local and regional equine markets
