Our client is a premier provider of GP medical services in Dubai, offering a wide array of health and wellness services, including IV therapy, annual health checks, and STD testing. They prioritize convenience, precision, and stress-free experiences, emphasizing at-home testing, telehealth services, and online prescription fulfillment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Specialist to join our clients team. The primary role of the Sales Specialist will be to engage with clinic patients, understanding their health needs and promote services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the companys product offerings and the ability to empathetically communicate the value and benefits of our services to patients, with the goal of upselling and enhancing their overall health and wellness experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with patients in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their health needs and concerns.
  • Provide detailed information and advice on ZenDXBs range of services, with a focus on upselling additional services that meet the patients needs.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all ZenDXB services and products, staying updated on new offerings and health trends.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to patient care and service promotion.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Handle patient inquiries and objections with professionalism, providing solutions that align with their health goals.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and patient interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or related fields.
  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Empathy and understanding, with a patient-centric approach to sales.
  • Proactive and strong negotiation skills, with a knack for presenting products and services.
  • High level of professionalism and ethics, with respect for patient confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Team player, able to collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams.
