- Understand perfectly your customer portfolio, know the different decision-makers and build strong business relationships with them
- Responsible for growing market share at targeted locations in UAE
- Provide Sales management a weekly written activity report indicating call results and other territorial activities such as competitive situations including pricing
- Submit requests for need samples for customer
- On a regular basis, communicate with sales and marketing management, product managers and technical personnel to ensure the kind of support needed to secure new business in the marketplace
- Follow-up on samples submitted and technical assistance provided and communicate with product managers immediately when additional support is needed
- Delivery of volume and account objectives through customer focused strategies, planning and execution at retail
- Prepare researches & answers for clients technical questions.
- Represent the brand at relevant events to raise brand awareness and recruit new accounts & consumers
- A minimum of 3+ years of UAE business and B2B sales experience in the Cosmetics or medical industry
- A Bachelor Degree in a scientific discipline, chemistry, or similar education or equivalent experience.
- Driving license is a must
- Available in UAE for immediate employment
- Excellent Arabic(mandatory) and English communication skills, experience in working both autonomously in a team.
- Willing and able to travel to multiple customers throughout the assigned territory.
- Individual must have basic computer, organizational and communication skills.
- Cosmetics industry: 3 years (Required)
