Job description Business Development: To source and acquire new customers and SELL LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES for Individual life as per the target Business Retention: To ensure collection of renewal contributions and business retention to match business & persistency targets. Sales Process: Adhere to Noor Takaful Individual Life DST sales process. Compliance: Comply with legal, regulatory, financial, and operational requirements in all areas of responsibility. Provide the KYC for the clients as per the guidelines. Requirement:
- This position is for a very seasoned sales professional with extensive product and market knowledge.
- Sales Management skills
- Graduate degree
- Experience in the insurance industry is A MUST.
- Driving License is desirable
- Life Insurance: 3 years (Required)
- LIFE INSURANCE: 3 years (Required)
