Job Summary

CRM maintenance & experience
Identify new clients and make pitches to qualified prospects
Create proposals for clients and prospects
Ensure our clients pay us on time
Achieve targets month-on-month
Conduct client workshops & present our organisation's products & services to prospective customers
Manage a portfolio of client accounts
Build and maintain relationships with our clients through calls and personal meetings
Facilitate and action client requests by inter-department coordination

Your professional experience (at least 4 years)

Sales or account management experience in a software company or a digital agency (UAE experience is a must)
Other relevant professional experience
Experience of working in a customer-facing role, meeting deadlines and managing a budget will be helpful
