. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving ticket sales, corporate bookings, and event partnerships for our theme park and entertainment offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through direct outreach, corporate partnerships, and event collaborations.
Promote theme park tickets, group packages, and special event offers to individual and corporate clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, schools, corporate clients, and tour operators.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Support marketing and promotional activities to maximize exposure and revenue.
Manage customer inquiries professionally and ensure excellent client service at all touchpoints.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Fluent Arabic speaker
required, with
strong customer engagement skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years
of experience in
sales within the theme park, entertainment, or events industry
(experience in Qatar or GCC preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration skills.
