About The Role
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will assist with managing all social media channels and campaigns that you are assigned to. Your job role includes managing and creating content that drives the brand and engages customers. You should be intellectually curious with strong analytical skills and an exceptional ability to interpret data and communicate insights and findings. You are also a creative thinker and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, results-oriented environment.
Create, review, edit and update content for websites, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
Manages the assigned social media accounts and posts content.
Researching industry-related topics
Preparing well-structured drafts using digital word processing and publishing platforms
Brainstorms campaign ideas.
Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
Use social media to engage consumers and promote company initiatives.
Update social media platforms as needed.
Understands the overall concept of the campaign, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all
other aspects of service.
Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
Learns and becomes proficient in internal software systems.
Assists in creating performance reports.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum experience required: 3+ years
Experience with creative cloud products including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro & After Effects.
Experience with Instagram Reels and Social Media Content specifications.
Experience in developing and managing a robust content development calendar.
Proven experience in shooting and editing videos to create captivating content is a plus.
