Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team in our journey to break through the future of Fintech. Job purpose / ???? outbound calling and emails to maximize conversions and achieve monthly revenue sales targets. Qualified individuals will be selling a broad range of financial products and services to retail and HNI clients.
- On-board new clients and introducing brokers
- Ability to generate and convert leads to active accounts
- Existing book of Foreign Introducing Brokers, Money Managers, Retail or
- Deep understanding and experience with financial products such as FX,
- Ability to thrive in a challenging and collaborative sales environment that is fast paced and subject to frequent change and to work effectively as a member of a team and share best practices, as well as a strong individual contributor
- 1- 2 years of proven success in FX sales within a brokerage firm in UAE
- The ability to work effectively in an organized manner both independently
- Highly customer-focused and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
