Job Description
We're Hiring: Sales Specialist - Building Materials( immediate joiner preferred)
As a Sales Specialist in Building Materials, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and delivering product knowledge. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and project managers to provide tailored solutions from our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials sector. Maintain and grow existing client accounts. Provide expert knowledge of building material product. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotations. Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements. Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of materials. Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and customer service). Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or related industries. Strong understanding of construction processes and materials. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
