We are looking for Sales Coordinator ( Spanish speaker ) for oils and lubricants Products. you will be responsible for providing essential support to our sales efforts, vendor registrations, managing product inquiries, facilitating communication between clients and team, and contributing to the growth and success. Key Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of our range of oils & lubricants products, including specifications, applications, and technical details.
- Responsible for the registration of products with new clients based on their requirements.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records and sales data.
- Generate reports to track sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitors within the oils products industry.
- Provide insights to the sales team based on research findings.
- Identify and target key markets, develop new business opportunities, and customers for business expansion of sales opportunities.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
- Proven track record of successful sales co-ordination or technical support role, preferably within the oils and lubricants.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts related to oils and lubricants products.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical details clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Can you able to call and speak with customers in Spanish language?
