Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in the cake room or bakery. Provide information about products, flavors, and promotions. Handle sales transactions using POS systems and manage cash accurately. Maintain product displays, shelves, and cleanliness in the shop. Ensure all cakes and baked goods are presented attractively. Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Support inventory management and stock replenishment. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales targets. Adhere to hygiene, safety, and food handling standards. Work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements:

? Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred

? Strong customer service and communication skills

? Warm and positive-minded, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

? Flexibility to work full-time your shifts as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,400.00 - AED2,600.00 per month
