Company Summary

• Our client is a well-establish Smart Technology system provider, specialize in advanced automation and ELV solution.
• Provides services such as ERP, ELV smart solution, Energy management system, CCTVs and many more.
• Partnered with other well known Technology company including Vantage, Softwarehut and Hikvision.
• Established 20 years ago, Offices span in UAE with +50 employees. Headquarted in Sharjah.

• After successful 2024, looking for Sales Engineer to join the team in Sharjah.
• Develop leads and business opportunities outside the office, while also attending in-office meetings as required.
• Collaborate with the engineering team, who are involved in design, supply, construction, supervision, and commissioning, and also contribute to sales efforts.
• Identify client needs and propose suitable IT and ELV solutions.
• Prepare sales report, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Must have proven experience in sales, preferably in IT, ELV, electronics, or electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of ELV, home automation, control systems, CCTV surveillance, access control, etc.
• Should have existing sales target and ideally within government, enterprise, SMEs, or end-users.
• Must be able to identify opportunities, engage with clients, follow up, and qualify leads.
• Can speak fluent English, and Arabic is a plus.
