Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with strong B2B sales experience to drive new client acquisition and promote our HR staffing and cloud-based ATS solutions across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings to present HR solutions and service offerings.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads using LinkedIn and sales engagement tools.
  • Maintain updated sales pipelines, reports, and MIS data.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Analyze sales performance and refine strategies to meet monthly targets.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Banking, IT, Telecom, FMCG, or HR Services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation and digital prospecting.
  • Knowledge of CRM/sales engagement tools is an advantage.
  • UAE market experience preferred.
