A key contributor to the BeaconMedaes regional growth strategy, this position shall further strengthen our Regional BeaconMedaes Competence Centre where this position shall support our direct sales, spare parts, service, operations and our regional distribution partners. You will provide high quality, timely and efficient support to the team and be a key contributor to customer success. End customers and distribution partners are located across the Middle East, Africa & Central Asia regions, hence location of this position could be remote. This position reports to the BeaconMedaes Regional Business Line Manager in Dubai.
Job description
Process orders received, maintaining the integrity of the post sales process by acquiring the necessary POs, validating them and booking the OR with necessary approvals.
Generate and provide customers with order acknowledgements and follow up with Product Companies for the same in case of Indent Orders
Liaise with PC regarding placement of orders and expedite to product companies as required to meet all customer commitments. Ensure follow up on OAs with PC.
Track monthly shipments and ensure all requisite shipping information/documentation is provided in a proactive manner.
Generate invoices upon completion of shipment for local orders.
Follow up with customers regarding payment issues and coordinate resolution as required.
Maintain records of OR, OI and OOH and keeping them updated for instant recall.
Maintain and organize the filing system for MGS division.
Generate monthly reports and presentations as required.
Pro-actively manage and monitor orders, delivery dates and holds and also to escalate where appropriate.
Pro-actively provide status updates to internal and external customers on transactions and issues on a regular basis as defined by the Management.
Assist in upkeeping the installed base information and customers records in both SAP and the GQS
Monitor stock levels and receivables on a monthly basis.
Assist sales team as necessary to prepare documentation for tenders and letters and quotations for customers and distributors.
Support marketing campaign, Event coordination - support. and execution
Registering vendors and all customers/partners in BHR, AE1, AE2 and with all PCs.
Maintain pricing list of QMS parts for AE1 and AE2
Liaise with SAP BKU to create new part numbers in new orders.
Create Chamber of Commerce COO certificates for local orders
Perform ad-hoc tasks on projects assigned by BLM in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.

Experience requirements
At least 2-3 years in Sales/Service Administration/Coordination roles
Experience in order processing
Experience with service operations is an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Experience in handling multiple tasks in parallel and meeting deadlines effectively and accurately
Knowledge
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, particular with Word, Excel and Power Point
Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, SCALA, Global Dispatch
Professional command of English, both written and oral
Educational requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree / Diploma
