Sales Senior Executive
Job Description
This role is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of all entry point sales locations including airport kiosks, duty-free outlets, and border sales counters. The manager ensures these sales location run efficiently, deliver outstanding customer service, and achieve revenue, growth, and sales quality targets. This position plays a key role in capturing inbound customers, driving footfall through partnerships, and gaining market shared and maintaining regulatory and operational excellence.
Bachler's Degree in Business or Administration equivalent
The role has a high impact on achieving sales, revenue and customer service targets of the company
Strategic Partner Contribution to Traffic
Ensures all issues are reported timely and accurately, and ensure all issues are solved within permitted timeframe.
Operational level planning and organization is essential to ensure efficient operation and customer service time.
