Job Description
Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in selling Trading Metal Precious Manufactured-Non, Trading Jewellery, Trading Stones Precious & Pearls, Diamonds, Trading Gifts, Trading Products Crystal, Watches & Clocks & Spare Parts Trading. Education: Bachelor\'s Degree (preferred) Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (Required) Responsibilities: Customer Engagement:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients visiting the jewellery store.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect jewellery pieces based on their preferences and occasions.
- Offer expert advice on the features and benefits of various precious metals, gemstones, and jewellery designs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and persuasive selling techniques.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in jewellery, precious metals, gemstones, and related products.
- Provide accurate information regarding the quality, authenticity, and uniqueness of each product.
- Collaborate with the store management to ensure product displays are attractive and well-maintained.
- Communicate fluently in both Arabic and English to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Build rapport with customers through effective communication, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain detailed records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory.
- Process customer orders, handle returns, and facilitate necessary paperwork.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field. (preferred)
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in selling jewellery, precious metals, gemstones, and related products.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
