We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing executive with
Percentage only and prefer who own Visa
to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and business development, with a passion for technology and software solutions. This role is pivotal in driving growth, enhancing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Duties
Deal with Company to attract contract from HR to process their Visa and all Medical, ID, golden Visa, Pro work.
Manage key accounts, fostering strong relationships while identifying opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
Oversee the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback for senior management.
Experience
Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the technology or software industry.
Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, account management practices, and business development strategies.
Demonstrated success in retail sales or technology sales environments is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance and manage customer relationships.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
