Sales Executive
to drive business growth and develop long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for manpower supply services.
Meet with potential clients, understand workforce requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely mobilization of manpower.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communication.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in
manpower supply
, recruitment, or related industries.
Valid Driving License (mandatory)
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Excellent presentation and customer handling skills.
Familiarity with local market dynamics (preferred).
