Job Description

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales deals. They promote products or services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets. This role involves active prospecting, product presentations, and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and update CRM databases regularly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
3 - 5 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
