- Welcome customers to the store and assist them in the purchasing process
- Ask and understand the customers\' needs as well as requirements
- Suggest and select the right products to suit the customers\' requirements
- Explain the products technical features as well as benefits to customers as may be required
- Ensure correct products are given to customers
- Create relationships with the customer to encourage future business
- The applicant must have proven experience in sales, preferably retail sales
- Should have a strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Should have a strong commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to build relationships with clients
