. Receiving customers, providing guidance and introducing the available products.
. Working to achieve the required sales percentage.
. Constantly reviewing the products and their specifications and ensuring the development of culture in the field of oud and perfumes in general and the store's products in particular.
. Providing accurate information such as product specifications, prices, classifications and components.
. Responding to customers regarding products and services.
. Communicating with the customer through available means, responding to inquiries, and coordinating the shipment of orders.
. Packaging products if necessary.
. Supervising the consistency of storage operations and quantities displayed on the shelves, and assisting in settling the periodic inventory of products.
. Supervising the procedures for returning and replacing products and recording data and notes related to that.
. Coordinating with the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times.
. Submitting periodic reports to management explaining customers' observations, suggestions, requests, and submitted complaints.
. Use the sales and accounting systems used in the store and prepare a daily personal sales summary.
Requirements
Skills required for the job of perfume seller:
. Good understanding of the retail process.
. Familiarity with the principles of consumer behavior.
. Knowledge of storage and inventory procedures for products as required.
. Proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking in Arabic and English (very good)
. The ability to perform basic calculations and work on accounting systems.
. The ability to persuade.
. Speak tactfully and confidently and use persuasion without exaggeration.
. Proficiency in communication skills and the ability to build trust and satisfaction relationships with customers.
. Dealing well with the customer and gaining his loyalty to the store.
. Ability to work on different schedules.
. The ability to control emotions and stress and not have this affect the way you receive or talk to customers.
Requirements:
. Obtaining a high school diploma (diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field would be an added advantage).
. Practical experience as a retail store salesperson or working in sales or marketing will be an added advantage, especially in the field of perfumes and incense.
Working Hours
6 working days (Monday to Saturday) 1 day off (Sunday)- From 16:30 to 22:00
