We're expanding our reach in the Middle East and seeking a Commission-Only Sales Representative to grow our client base in the region. Your focus will be on selling translation, interpretation, and localization solutions to healthcare networks, ministries, NGOs, and large enterprises within GCC and Levant countries.
This is a remote role. You may be based anywhere but your efforts must target clients in the Middle East.
What You'll Do:
- Develop leads and close deals across the Middle East
- Promote services such as Arabic Sign Language and multilingual translation, VRI, OPI, and on-site interpretation
- Create partnerships with notaries and legal entities dealing with immigration
- Customize proposals for regional sectors (healthcare, legal, public, education)
- Align with the CGO to support strategic expansion plans
- Record activities and pipeline in CRM
Commission Structure:
- Competitive Commission Structure
- Commission of paid closes
- Additional bonuses for high-value contracts and/or new verticals
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern business norms and buyer expectations
- Experience selling services into the region
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong asset)
- Confident and self-reliant with a consultative sales approach
