Sales Representative: Malayalam Speaker



The Opportunity - Grow with Agricope in Qatar's Food Sector!



This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to make an impact and build a career in B2B sales. You'll be instrumental in introducing businesses to our innovative digital platform, helping them understand how our solution can simplify their food procurement. While we value market understanding, we're primarily looking for raw talent, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and succeed. Your primary focus will be on driving new client acquisition and growing our market presence, with significant earning potential through commissions.

What You'll Do:



Drive New Business:

Identify and prospect potential B2B clients (e.g., restaurants, cafes, catering companies) across Qatar.

Introduce Our Solution:

Clearly articulate the benefits of Agricope's digital platform, demonstrating how it solves common procurement challenges for businesses.

Client Onboarding:

Guide new clients through the initial onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.

Build Relationships:

Begin to establish and nurture positive relationships with client contacts.

Supplier Interaction:

Assist with initial outreach to potential suppliers, explaining our partnership model and value.

Achieve Sales Goals:

Work towards achieving and exceeding daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Market Feedback:

Gather and relay market insights from client interactions to help our team continuously improve.

What We're Looking For:



Hunger to Succeed:

A highly motivated and energetic individual with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and grow professionally.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Clear and persuasive communication ability, both verbal and written, in English (and ideally Arabic).

Eagerness to Learn:

A quick learner who is adaptable and open to new sales strategies and product knowledge.

Resilience & Persistence:

Ability to handle objections and stay focused on achieving sales outcomes.

Basic Understanding of B2B Sales:

Some prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not strictly required if you demonstrate strong aptitude.

Basic Market Awareness:

A general interest in Qatar's food industry or business landscape is beneficial.

Our target audience speaks Malayalam, Hindi, Urdu and English.

We prefer individuals who can speak these languages.
