Greet the customers and assist them in selecting the right products.
Serve Customers with the highest standards and follow the company guideline of selling ( Guest- Greet, Understand, Explain , Sell and Thank)
Encourage customers to make additional purchases, to ensure that sales targets are met
Scan each item, ensuring that the correct price has been displayed, and total all items.
Convert the window shoppers to ultimate buyers.
Meet sales goals and expectations during your scheduled shifts.
Ensures that shelf stock is clean and that the stock is not expired or damaged.
Handle the POS (Point of Sale)/ Billing Counter effectively
Process the payments by cash, credit cards, vouchers ,automatic debits.
Respond to customers, questions, and inquiries regarding available products.
Introduces newly arrived products to the customers and guide them with the usage of the products, as required.
Provide detailed information regarding the brand, in a bid to assist customers in making purchasing decision
Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, uncovering needs, making product recommendations, sales conversion and capturing customer phone numbers or emails.
Support product replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant.
Abide by our values, policies , procedures and safety messages.

What we are looking for:

Able to speak fluent Arabic and English
Job requires ladies only
1-3 years experience in sales in UAE
A diploma or degree in sales, marketing , commerce or a related field would be advantageous
Gift wrapping skills is a requirement
Able to use social media pages such as Instagram
Ability to communicate and interact with a broad range of people.
Result orientated with problem-solving skills to resolve challenges through creative and flexible option in line with the Company`s overall targets.
Must be presentable and well- groomed at all times.
